Porto Saúde Participações S.A. was established to operate in the healthcare sector, sectors similar to healthcare and/or in activities supervised by the National Health Agency, including through participation in other entities, in Brazil and abroad.

The Company is part of the group of companies controlled, directly or indirectly, by Porto Seguro S.A., a publicly-held company listed on the Novo Mercado. The Porto Group operates in several segments, with a focus on the insurance, financial products, healthcare and services markets. The Company was established to be the holding company for the healthcare vertical of the Porto Group.
