Overview

Porto Serviço S.A., established on July 14, 2023, was created with the purpose of integrating the Services Vertical, as a result of the corporate restructuring of the Porto Group. In November 2023, this stage of the corporate restructuring was completed, and the Company began to have Porto Assistência Participações and Unigás as its direct subsidiaries.

The vertical operates in three segments: Porto Seguro Partnership, Strategic Partnerships, and B2C, offering a wide portfolio of mobility services (such as towing, tire changes, and others) as well as services for homes and businesses (such as installation and maintenance of household appliances, and plumbing and electrical assistance, among others).

Porto Serviço, through the Porto Seguro Partnership, offers services to Porto clients, included in insurance policies, while the Strategic Partnerships line offers services in a B2B2C model, such as the installation of household appliances, TVs, and other equipment for clients of major retailers in the country, as well as automotive assistance for clients of automakers, rental companies, and others.

The vertical is continuously increasing the number of strategic partnerships with clients outside of the Porto Seguro Partnership, which has positively impacted revenue and contributed to increased diversification.

In addition, we are intensifying efforts in the B2C segment, aiming to expand this line of business through initiatives with partner brokers, such as increasing service sales in residential condominiums through the development of digital offerings.
